Our caravans come with a handy troubleshooting guide for your convenience, and if you ever run into trouble, you can refer back to our tutorial videos and don’t forget to reach out via phone—we’re always here to help (8am to 6pm daily)! All our caravans are equipped with an electric hook-up, a 6kg gas bottle supply, and a leisure battery, ensuring you have everything you need for a fantastic journey!
**EHU Camping**
Where possible, we highly recommend using an electric hook-up! It keeps everything in your caravan running smoothly without interruptions.
**Off-Grid Camping**
We know some sites are "off-grid," and that’s totally fine! In this case, you can rely on gas and leisure battery options. Just a heads-up: electrical appliances like the TV and microwave won’t work, but you’ll still enjoy cooking and hot water using gas! Remember to turn off the power when you go out for the day to preserve your leisure battery.
**Can I charge my mobile phone whilst off-grid?**
Absolutely! Just bring your own 12v charger connector. Keep in mind it can drain the leisure battery quickly, so using your car charger while you’re out is a smart choice!
**Taking a Generator?**
Be cautious! Starting a generator can cause electrical problems, potentially leading to blown fuses. Check with your campsite about their generator policies—some only allow silent ones!
**Can I bring my dog(s)?**
Yes, we love your friends! Just make sure they’re well-behaved and bring along blankets to protect the upholstery We do our best to keep the caravans spotless, but if extra cleaning is needed due to pet hair, a £25 charge may apply.
**What time will the caravan be delivered?**
We typically deliver from 2pm onwards, but we’re flexible! Allow us an hour to set up your caravan, especially if we’re putting up an awning, and we’ll do our best to arrive early so you can start your holiday without any delays!
**What time do I need to vacate?**
Please check out by 10:00 am so we have time to prepare the caravan for the next guests. This also helps the campsite with their maintenance!
**Is there a minimum hire period**
Yes, we have a minimum hire period of 3 nights but can offer flexibility.
**Awnings**
We use fantastic Airbeam Awnings that provide extra space for your adventure! Complete with groundsheet and table and chairs, they’re perfect for enjoying Alfresco dining!
